Our Story

Fashion Secret is a traditional women’s wear brand inherited from the Shri Ajay Textile Group, and the Late Shri Ajay Kumar Kedia founded this establishment. He aims to provide quality and exclusive fashion to the masses, and thus, overtime, he gains rich experience in the readymade blouse industry of West Bengal. Later, he started Fashion Secret, which is another branch of it. We aim to establish the premier household brand globally for those women who embrace traditional Indian attire. Shri Rounak Kedia and Shri Sanjit Poddar (CEO) have successfully steered this brand towards new and unexplored horizons, surpassing all expectations. They are now taking their journey to the next level by expanding globally, offering exclusive and high-quality ethnic women’s wear to customers worldwide.

Late Shri Ajay Kumar Kedia

The Late Shri Ajay Kedia was a visionary leader in the textile and readymade blouse industry of West Bengal. With extensive experience working in top mills throughout India, he was passionate about supporting small manufacturers in West Bengal to grow and develop. He earned a reputation as a Kingmaker, guiding many small, readymade local brands to success under his expert mentorship. His exceptional creativity and exclusive designs made him known as the Queen’s designer. Today, his legacy lives on as his vision to empower women, small artisans, and the entire community involved in the fashion industry continues to be upheld by our organization. Our company’s culture still upholds his values and vision, even though he is no longer with us.

Shri Rounakk Ajay Kedia

Shri Rounakk Ajay Kedia, our young and dynamic leader, following in the footsteps of his visionary father, has taken Fashion Secret on a journey from a local to a global position. With his mentorship, we ship our products to over 15 countries worldwide. Our mission to empower 50,000 women entrepreneurs has garnered tremendous support, and we have built a team of over 50 members to help us achieve this goal. We have discovered that Fashion Secret’s Chairman fully upholds the company’s vision, mission, and values. We are building a fashion community where women entrepreneurs, small artisans, and small business owners can thrive alongside us. Our vision is to establish ourselves as a leading global brand in women’s ethnic wear, showcasing India’s top-notch fashion standards and artistic brilliance through our exceptional designs and impeccable workmanship.
